This policy explains shipping for orders placed through USPSPERFACT.
Shipping destination and cost
Products offered through this store include free standard shipping to eligible delivery addresses in the United States. The address entered at checkout must be complete and deliverable. If checkout does not accept a destination, shipping is not currently available to that address.
Order processing
Processing begins after payment and order checks are complete. Processing time may vary because of inventory status, order size, weekends, holidays, weather, and unusual order volume. An order is not considered shipped until a shipment confirmation or tracking update is issued.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is provided when available for the selected shipment. Carrier scans can take time to appear and estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. USPSPERFACT is not responsible for carrier, weather, customs, or address-related delays outside its reasonable control, but support will help review available tracking information.
Address changes
Contact service@uspsperfact.com immediately if the delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or shipment has begun.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders
If tracking shows a delivery that you cannot locate, first check the delivery area, household members, building staff, and the carrier's local office. For a damaged or incorrect order, keep the packaging and contact support with the order number and clear photographs where relevant.
