Returns & Refunds

Order cancellation
Request cancellation as soon as possible by emailing service@uspsperfact.com. An order can be cancelled only before processing or shipment makes cancellation unavailable. If an approved cancellation has already been charged, the refund is returned to the original payment method.
Return-request period
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the order. Contact support before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused because the correct return location and order details must be confirmed first.
Return condition
To qualify, an item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or order number is required. Used items, incomplete items, or products damaged after delivery are generally not eligible unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Contact support promptly and retain the product and packaging. Include the order number and clear photographs where relevant so the issue can be reviewed.
Return shipping and inspection
Support will provide the authorized return instructions and applicable return address. Do not send a return to a manufacturer or to an address found elsewhere. Return-shipping responsibility will be confirmed during authorization.
Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, USPSPERFACT will email the approval or rejection result. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
